We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trainee Quality Control Inspectorwith an eye for detail, good communication, time management and computer literacy skills and the ability to work to a specification.

Working as the Trainee Quality Control Inspector you will join a company who specialist in surface preparation and the application of protective coatings across varying sectors. The company has a workshop that offers shotblasting and lifting capabilities amongst the greatest in the UK, which can service the most challenging steel assemblies.

As the Trainee Quality Control Inspector you will learn on the job, working as part of a team.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Trainee Quality Control Inspectorwill involve:

  • Physical inspection of painted components
  • Input of data into pre-existing report templates
  • Communication of quality issues with production and sales team
  • Reading technical drawings

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • English GCSE or equivalent
  • ECDL (Preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to a specification
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Eye for detail
