One of the UK's top 5 Property Consultancies and the leading practice in Sheffield is looking to recruit an Intermediate Project Manager.
THE COMPANY
My client has a strong presence in the North region and employs 200 members of staff. They have a fantastic reputation with clients and have relationships that date back over 30 years. They also have a relaxed and vibrant company culture and have created an inclusive and enjoyable office environment. Projects are across a number of sectors including Retail, Residential, Education, Local Government and Commercial.
THE POSITION
Due to their ambitious growth plans they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Sheffield office. The Project Manager will be given the opportunity to be the client lead on some of the companies key projects. Due to the long term succession plans the business has in place, the appointed individual will also be given a unique opportunity to progress to senior level.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Project Manager must:
- Have a relevant degree (Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management)Â
- Have experience working as a Project Manager on the Consultancy, Client or Contracting side
- Have experience working on projects within Property / Building
- Have good communication and client facing skills
