Building Conversion (£12M) Sheffield

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver the reconfiguration of a £12M redevelopment including structural alterations, a new roof installation, and full refurbishment to restore and modernize this high profile space. You ideally will have new build and refurbishment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and sub contractors to execute the full build process, structural alterations and roof replacement.
Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and heritage specialists to balance modern upgrades with historical integrity.
Monitor costs, schedules, and quality control, ensuring project milestones are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing complex general build schemes or cultural building projects.
Strong understanding of all types of construction, structural alterations, shell and core works and building regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or project management.
