My client are a regional tier 1, main contractor who are looking for aSenior Design Managerto join there team in the South Yorkshire/ East Midlands area!

Ideal candidate:
- Experience coordinating large scale new build projects
- Ambitious and motivated work attitude
- Multi sector experience (desirable not essential)
- Main contractor experience
Duties will include:
- Managing the design process within agreed timescales whilst displaying excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.
- Working with the design and delivery teams to explore design alternatives.
- Ensure the design process meets current legislation and strive to eliminate health & safety risks during the construction.
