Reed Business Support are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our client based in S12. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and handling quotations and pricing, ensuring the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage quotations for products and services.
  • Handle pricing negotiations with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a procurement, sales administrative roles or internal sales positions.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

Desirable:
