Your role as a Quality Assurance Administrator will involve completing regular quality assurance activities on Royal Mails Flexible Recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Complete weekly reconciliation check, tracking compliance of the ordering to invoicing process for flexible resource
- Track financial loss recovery
- Make recommendations for process/policy changes based on your findings
- Own the relevant JoinedUp Master Data check processes as agreed with the Financial Control Team
- Develop good knowledge of the Royal Mail / PFW / PFS rate cards and how these are applied compliantly
- Create and develop new compliance processes for enhancing existing compliance checks or for new activity, including creating reporting/tracking, work instructions and process flows
- Create monthly supplier compliance reporting to the support the Service Review Meetings
- Collaborate with the rest of the Governance & Supply Chain Team to drive effective compliance activity
- Monitoring the team inbox
- Undertake ad hoc activities within governance and compliance
- Keen attention to detail with an investigative eye
- Conscientious and willing to get to route cause of an issue before escalating problems
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Confident communicator able to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ability to analyse high volumes of numerical data
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am until 4:30pm, with a half an hour unpaid break. You will be required to work from Pond Street a minimum of 3 days per week, with hybrid working available for 2 days, once the initial training period is over. Whilst training, you will be expected to attend the office every day.
The rate of pay for this role will be £14.98 per hour. The role is due to last for a minimum of 6 months, however this may be extended.
