- Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 (DOE).

Construction Project Manager - Job Overview
- Managing and delivering a variety of refurbishment and new-build projects across the commercial, education, and industrial sectors.
- Contract administration and project-based works, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring projects meet design specifications, budget, and quality standards.
- Carrying out site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence.
- Preparing reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and CDM regulations.
- Attending project meetings and liaising with key stakeholders to drive projects forward.
Construction Project Manager - Job Requirements
- Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in contract administration and refurbishment projects within the commercial, education, or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites within one hour of Sheffield.
