Roles and responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, from tender to completion
- Analyse project plans and specifications to identify cost elements
- Collaborate with the management team to provide input on cost strategies and opportunities for value engineering
- Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive quotes
- Monitor project costs and update estimates as required throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with project teams to ensure budget and schedule alignment
