The company is a leading groundworks contractor in the East & West Midlands working on residential groundworks They are seeking a driven individual to overseeall projects around Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby & Leeds. Duties will include:

Preparing tender documents, including bills from drawings
Preparing sub-contract enquiries and order documentation
Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations
Providing support in cost management and financial reports
Working on own projects as appropriate

You will be required to cover projects across the Sheffield, Notts, Derby, Leeds

A full driving licence is required.
