Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site measures, variations, and site meetings.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier approvals and procurement processes
- Prepare and issue contracts
- Subcontractor approvals
- Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
- Reconcile invoices and approve payments
- Prepare and submit accounts
- Working on a new build and refurbishment commercial projects, including industrial units and warehouses
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (2+ years)
- Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous
- Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
- License: Valid UK driving license
