- Be the primary point of contact for buyers and vendors, ensuring a smooth and seamless property transaction process.
- Conduct valuations and property viewings, negotiating sales and driving deals through to completion.
- Collaborate closely with your branch team to exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall success.
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role in an estate agency.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire property market.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Base salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per year (Salary dependent on experience).
