Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting a highly reputable lettings agency in their search for a Letting Assistant. This role would be perfect for an individual with prior lettings, estate or sales experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations
- Conduct property viewings
- Negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.
About you:
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
