We are working with a new client, a well-established and highly respected Estate Agency in Sheffield for a role as Lettings Professional. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to make the next logical step in their career - the agency is renowned for "high end" lettings and has a reputation forged over years of providing a quality service to its many happy clients. Interviews are ASAP, ideally for an ASAP start!
The role, as you would expect involves -
- Dealing with all customer queries, offering updates up to completion and key handover
- Viewings
- Maintenance queries, dealt with professionally through to completion
- Inspections
- Check ins / out
- Marketing and advertising of properties, on a series of social media platforms and office front
- Diary management
- Liaising with colleagues and management
This is a very, very busy independent agency, you will be offered full autonomy for the role and be expected to hit the ground running. On offer, aside from working with the most prestigious name in the industry, is a great basic salary to £28k (based upon your experience), a bonus scheme, free parking, 22 days holiday + stats, incentives and the chance to become part of a stable, motivated team.
