The role, as you would expect involves
Dealing with all customer queries, offering updates up to completion and key handover
Viewings
Maintenance queries, dealt with professionally through to completion
Inspections
Check ins / out
Marketing and advertising of properties, on a series of social media platforms and office front
Diary management
Liaising with colleagues and management

This is a very, very busy independent agency, you will be offered full autonomy for the role and be expected to hit the ground running.
