An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Sheffield.
The successful Trainee Lettings Negotiator will work in a small, friendly team who work for one another and strive to achieve the best possible results. This is an exceiting opportunity for somebody from a travel, customer service or hospitality background who is looking to get into their first property role. A full UK driving license is a must for this role.

- A basic salary of £24k depending on experience plus commission.

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Duties
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
- Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
- Inspections
- Ad hoc property manager duties
Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
- Sales/ Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
