Reed Business Support are excited to be working with an award-winning independent letting agent with over 25 years of experience. Providing professional services to both student and residential landlords and tenants from our bustling high street office. Due to our continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the role:

  • Manage and instruct repairs and alterations at managed properties.
  • Oversee renewals of relevant safety certifications.
  • Conduct inspections and property management visits.
  • Regularly liaise with tenants and landlords.
  • Handle tenant check-in/check-out procedures, address issues, and negotiate deposit returns.
  • Supervise quotations and process invoices and documentation on our software system.
  • Coordinate with utility companies regarding tenant changes.
  • Assist the lettings team with property viewings.

About you:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Well-presented and articulate with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, hardworking, and with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience in a similar role or customer service role preferred.
  • Good knowledge of lettings regulations preferred.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Full driving license and own car essential.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Some Saturdays (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) on a generous rota basis (approximately 7 per year).
