Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join a Drug & Alcohol Recovery Charity based in Sheffield on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and service users into the building
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking appointments
- Arranging visits
- Updating database systems
- Completing general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in administration or customer service
- Excellent customer service skills with a great telephone manner
- Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
