- Greet visitors warmly, introduce the project, and provide informational materials.
- Assist with both on-the-spot and scheduled bookings.
- Oversee initial check-ins and maintain an organized booking system.
- Verify IDs to confirm participants meet the 18+ requirement.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, inviting, and well-stocked.
- Previous experience in a public-facing role (e.g., reception, customer service, retail, hospitality).
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Willingness to learn and explain basic concepts in technology, data usage, 3D scanning, and AI. An interest in gaming or digital media is a plus!
