  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a 360 recruitment role or a strong background in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
