- Proactively source new business opportunities and generate leads
- Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
- Attract and place candidates into appropriate vacancies, offering advice and coaching from application to start date and beyond to ensure successful, lasting placements
- Ensure all activity is accurately logged on CRM
- Negotiate fees and terms with clients as well as negotiating salaries with clients and candidates at offer stage
- Provide exceptional service and be an advocate for the business
- Previous experience of efficiently managing a busy workload and remaining organised.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – if you don’t love talking to and meeting new people, then it might not be the right career path for you.
