- Build and manage relationships with clients spanning across the industrial and commercial sectors, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen and place candidates into roles such as, Warehouse Operatives, Machine Operators, Mechanical Engineers, Customer Service and Logistics Coordinators.
- Conduct proactive sales outreach, by calling clients (being confident answering the phone and making calls is essential to this role).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate attraction to offer negotiation, onboarding and induction.
- Use sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, utilising job boards, social media and networking events.
- Work to revenue targets, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery to clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends to provide clients with market insights and an honest consultative approach.
- Recruitment experience, ideally +2 years within temp recruitment, however we are open to speaking with candidates who have previously recruited in other industries.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- An understanding of SME businesses around Sheffield and wider Yorkshire that employee bule and white-collar staff.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A full UK drivers license (travel to client sites will be required).
- Salary of up to £28,000 (dependent on experience).
