Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with an established company in Sheffield to help them find a passionate and innovative Recruitment Advisor to join their team for a 6 month FTC.

This role will be paramount in providing an excellent end to end recruitment process, ensuring you are identifying, attracting and hiring the best possible candidates for a variety of different roles.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers on job briefs, creating engaging adverts and managing candidate response
  • Develop new and innovative recruitment strategies to attract a solid candidate pool
  • Providing a seamless candidate onboarding experience ensuring full compliance with employment law

The ideal Recruitment Advisor will have:

  • A successful track record of running end to end recruitment campaigns, with the ability to source active and passive candidates
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • The ability to build strong relationships with intern
