Package: £25K - £30K Base Salary Depending on sales experience
(£45K OTE Year 1, £65K OTE Year 2, £80K OTE Year 3)
My client is a leading consultancy in Construction, specialising in placing candidates across construction & rail. They are partnering with some of the top venture capitalists across Europe.
My client is a renowned award-winning business, having achieved the 'Gold standard' for 'investors in the people awards' 2020-2023. They are looking to take that award for 2024 as well!
They have experienced some impressive growth over the last 18 months, and are now keen to hire their next generation of Recruitment Consultant to help them scale further.
The Role
- Building relationships with existing and new clients & candidates
- Meeting clients and candidates face to face
- Account Management
- Interviewing candidates
