As a teacher, you already have the communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills that make an excellent Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you'll support schools, match educators to their ideal roles, and play a key part in improving education-just in a different way.

• Competitive Salary - A base salary of £28,000 - £30,000, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000.

Our Impact Academy will provide you with all the knowledge, training, and hands-on support you need to excel as a Recruitment Consultant. With guidance from experienced mentors and managers, you'll have everything required to succeed.

In your first year, you will:

• Identify and interview teachers and support staff for school-based roles.

• Develop strong relationships with schools to understand their hiring needs.

• Create professional CV profiles to showcase candidates.

• Work towards targets with full support and mentorship.

• Earn commission as you successfully place candidates in new roles.

After your first year, we'll continue to invest in your growth with further training in:

• Business Development & Client Relations

• Negotiation & Sales Strategy

• Safeguarding & Compliance

• Time Management & Customer Service
