Do you have a proven track record of working within an IT delivery function or contract delivery? If so, then this is an excellent opportunity to own and develop a market and progress your career professionally with the backing of a global brand and experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with 30 years' of experience in the recruitment industry. Utilising your recruitment expertise to establish and grow your presence, your job role will focus on candidate engagement, and you will be responsible for the delivery of contract roles within our Oracle practice. You will source, qualify, and manage candidates through a range of processes, as well as building key talent pools and gain key market intelligence from your customers.

Based in Sheffield or London, the National Technology Team at Hays consists of 12 people across UK&I. The Oracle Team was set up in March 2024 and in the role you will typically be hiring for Function and Test Analysts, Design Teams, and Programme Directors based in Finance or Payroll.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Essential:
    • Proven track record in IT Recruitment
    • Experience in Contract delivery
    • At least 12 months experience in recruitment
    • Commercial, innovative and ambitious
    • Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
  • Desirable:
    • 18-24 months of experience in recruitment
    • HR/Finance/Projects and Change Background
