The Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior 360 Consultant, you'll be hands on with your own desk while also mentoring and inspiring a team to achieve incredible results. You’ll lead by example, build lasting partnerships with schools and educators, and drive business growth across your area.

Your role will include:

  • Leading by example to drive sales and new business development activity
  • Mentoring, supporting and motivating a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Building strong, long term relationships with schools and understanding their staffing needs
  • Attracting, interviewing, and placing top education professionals in exciting roles
  • Attending client meetings, school visits, and networking events
  • Driving performance through KPIs and structured business development
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates are onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless boking experience.
  • Take responsibility for improvements of key business areas.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the education sector and specialist areas to maximise potential opportunities.

  • In term time, 1x 7.30-5.30pm, 3x 7.30-5pm, 1x 7.30-4.30pm
  • Reduced hours in school holidays, 8.30-3.30pm approx
