Your ResponsibilitiesIn your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
- Work with our sales teams to increase candidate placements.
- Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager.
- Earn commission every step of the way.
Support and MentorshipYou'll receive ongoing support from your team manager, our expert training team, and a mentor. Learn from some of the top consultants in the education recruitment sector as you develop your career.
Graduation and BeyondAfter completing your first year, you'll move to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
