During your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
• Create professional CV profiles to market to clients.
• Collaborate with our sales teams to increase successful candidate placements.
• Aim to meet weekly targets and KPI's set in partnership with your manager.
• Earn commission throughout your journey.

You'll receive continuous support from your team manager, our dedicated training team, and a personal mentor. Learn from some of the best consultants in the education recruitment field as you build your career.

Upon completing your first year, you'll advance to a specialised Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:

• Business Development
• Margin Negotiation
