The Impact Academy
Our industry-leading Impact Academy is designed to provide you with the tools and skills to excel as a Recruitment Consultant.
Your Role
In your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Develop professional CVs for client marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to boost placements.
- Hit weekly targets and KPIs agreed upon with your manager.
- Earn commission at every stage of your journey.
Support and Mentorship
Throughout your training, you'll have ongoing guidance from your team manager, our expert trainers, and a mentor. You'll learn from some of the best consultants in the education recruitment sector, helping you to thrive in your role.
Graduation and Future Growth
Upon completing your first year, you'll transition to a designated Sales Desk and take part in advanced training on:

- Margin Negotiation

- Handling Challenging Conversations
- Customer Service and Time Management
