What You'll Be Doing

Finding and interviewing candidates.
Crafting compelling CVs for marketing.
Working with sales teams to secure placements.
Hitting targets and earning commission from day one.

Expert Training and SupportAfter your first year, you'll take on your own Sales Desk and receive further training in:

Business Development
Negotiation and Client Management
Safeguarding
Time Management and Customer Service
Handling Challenging Conversations
