Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Sheffield. The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for recruiting teachers and support staff, and in time, they'll also consult with clients. Recruitment consultancy is a sales role, so you'll need to be good at talking to people on the phone, email, and in person. This can lead to a lot of rejections, so you'll need to be super resilient.
We want to give our clients and candidates the best service possible, so you'll work long hours, primarily in the office during the school term (7:00 am to 5:30 pm). To make up for this, we offer 4.5-hour working days during school holidays and 35 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. We also offer the option to work from home each Wednesday, once a target for this benefit is achieved.

Qualifications
- Good interviewing or communication skills
- Some sales experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Driving license
