Your First Year at Tradewind You will:

Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
Create compelling CV profiles for candidate marketing.
Collaborate with sales teams to increase successful placements.
Achieve weekly targets and KPIs, set with your manager.
Earn commission at every stage of your success!

Support & Development From day one, you'll receive guidance from experienced managers, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. You'll be learning from some of the best consultants in the education recruitment sector.

What Happens Next? Upon completing your first year, you'll transition to a dedicated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:

Safeguarding & Compliance
