Our Impact Academy is a hands-on training programme that builds your skills from the ground up, giving you everything you need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your First Year Will Include:*?Sourcing and interviewing candidates for education roles*?Creating professional CV profiles to present to clients*?Partnering with the sales team to increase candidate placements*?Working towards weekly KPIs and milestones*?Earning commission at every step of the way

You won't be alone in your journey. From day one, you'll be supported by your manager, a dedicated mentor, and our award-winning training team. You'll work alongside high-performing consultants in one of the most rewarding sectors in recruitment.
