Due to our client's recent expansion, we require an experienced Bodyshop Supervisor to lead a large and motivated team based in Sheffield. 10+ Bodyshop Staff.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Motivate & lead the Bodyshop team to achieve both the quantity and quality objectives
  • Ensure the working environment meets all Health & Safety requirements and is always clean and presentable
  • Work as a key member of the Leadership Team
  • Ensure an effective workflow of vehicles is achieved to ensure all goals are consistently delivered in the right first manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work in a lean manner whilst you create a positive can-do culture
  • Have a keen eye for detail

Experience:

  • Be able to demonstrate that you have effectively lead people in a Bodyshop/prep centre environment.
  • Provide details of your successes gained in a vehicle preparation environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of lean repair methods
  • Driving Licence is required

Salary:

  • £37,321
  • 4 days on and 4 days off
  • 6 am to 6 pm
