Position: Parts Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Provide expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and product information.
- Process orders via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Maintain a well-organized parts inventory and ensure all stock levels are managed effectively.
- Liaise with suppliers to order parts as required and track delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth coordination of parts needed for repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, aiming for quick resolution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the parts department.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts sales role, ideally within the motor industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
