Product Management Support Analyst

Remote with very rare visits to site in Sheffield
600 per day (Inside IR35)

My client, a well known high-street bank are looking for a Product Management Support Analyst to join their fast-paced team on an initial 6 month contract.

Responsibilities-
  • Be the product focal point for all changes required for the Global Register system.
  • Support the Product Manager in decisions related to the prioritisation of change and the technology spend for the GR system.
  • Support the design, delivery, and rollout of elements of the global TPM service and continuous improvement
  • Owner of governance and TPM process and system changes.
  • Strong experience of engaging with stakeholders across the business, with the ability to influence where necessary
  • Deep understanding of third-party management systems and process
  • Provide strong Procurement subject matter expertise to stakeholders on vision, delivery and architecture design
  • Build a relationship of trust and influence with the DCOO IT team and build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Report on change delivery and service quality status on behalf of service line.
  • Ensure Technology and operational risks are appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.

Skills required/desired for this role-
  • Archer system experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill
  • Service Now experiences beneficial
  • Global register experience beneficial
  • Third Party Management experience essential
  • Banking experience beneficial
  • Appian experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill
  • Understanding/Concept of Risk essential
