Branch Manager - Crookes, Sheffield

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual currently in a Lister or Assistant Manager role who is ready to take the next step in their career and step into a Branch Manager position.

The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
  • OTE: £50,000+
  • Supplementary payments while you build your pipeline

Responsibilities:
  • Office & Staff Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and manage a motivated team.
  • Coaching & Development: Lead, inspire, and provide coaching to staff, encouraging their growth and progression within the business.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that the team delivers the highest standard of customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth by increasing sales levels and surpassing targets.
  • Property Valuations & Instructions: Conduct property valuations and instruct properties to the market, helping clients through every step of the sales process.
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process, ensuring consistent communication with clients and overseeing progress through to completion.
  • Staff Training & Development: Train and develop team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Essential Requirements:
  • Estate Agency Experience: Previous experience in residential sales is essential.
  • Ambitious & Results-Driven: A strong desire to succeed, with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Well-presented, articulate, and able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and manage a team effectively.
  • Full UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required.
