Sonic Summary

The position is for a Branch Manager based in Crookes, Sheffield, and is open to current Listers or Assistant Managers looking to advance their careers.
The salary package includes a basic salary of up to £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £50,000+ and supplementary payments for the first five months.
Candidates with residential sales experience and a background in running a branch or department will be prioritized, but those with a strong sales track record from Assistant Branch Manager or Valuer roles are also encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include managing the office and staff, delivering exceptional customer service, increasing business levels, and training team members.
Essential qualifications include estate agency experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a full UK driving license.

If you have experience within residential sales and have previously run your own branch or department then this is definitely worth your attention. Consideration will also be given to a candidate with a proven track record in sales looking to progress their career from an Assistant Branch Manager or Valuer role.

Responsibilities:

- Day to day running of the office and staff management

- Coach your team and encourage development and progression - To deliver exceptional customer service - To increase business levels and exceed targets - Valuing and instructing properties to the market - Sales progression and regular client contact - Staff training and development

Essential:

- Estate agency Experience is essential - You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven - Well-presented, communicative and articulate - You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve - Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial

- Full UK Driving License
