Our clients are well-established agency who are known to support career growth and provide a great incentive scheme. They are looking to add to their team in the Sheffield area with the addition of a Branch Manager. 

For this position, they are ideally looking for an experienced Branch Manager but they would be open to an experienced Sales Manager or Valuer looking for the next step in their career. 

Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager: 

  • £22,000 – £25,000 basic 
  • £50,000 OTE 
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Career progression

Working hours of a Branch Manager: 

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Alternate Saturdays 

Branch Manager requirements: 

  • Industry experience at a Senior Level
  • Ability to motivate and develop the Branch and its team 
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload
  • Driven and hungry for success 
  • Full UK driver’s license 

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Managing the Branch Team 
  • Setting KPI’s for the team 
  • Undertaking team meetings 
  • Help grow the business. 
  • Carrying out market appraisals 
  • Reporting back to the area Managers
