A great new opportunity to work with a business specialising in Control Systems, Automation, Safety and IIoT software is now available for a Control Systems Engineer. These guys can give you the opportunity to work on wide range of projects in a variety of industries, which means interesting challenges and invaluable experience in growing industries!

What will you be doing?

  • Programming, fault-finding, testing and commissioning various PLCs whilst keeping detailed design and test documentation.
  • Undertake electrical design, wiring schematics and general arrangement layouts for control panels.
  • Ensure systems are designed to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute and support the wider team with project tasks.
  • Know the client architecture/network in order to understand how system changes may affect them.

Key skills and experience:

  • At least 2+ years of control systems engineering experience.
  • Software skills in various PLCs & SCADA.
  • Good understanding of basic industrial process and applications.
  • Experience in the networking of systems and cyber-security principals.
  • Knowledge of control components, electrical theory, automation or robotics.
