The Role:

As a Field Account Executive, you'll drive business growth by helping customers leverage data on their customers, menus, and staff. Using your industry expertise and market insights, youll lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring success each month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in the product, industry, and customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, identifying leads, building value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-person visits to understand business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Run compelling product demonstrations online and on-site for potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track your pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals and meeting quotas.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based, consultative sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Confident and professional communication, particularly with executives.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Ability to work remotely within your assigned region.
  • Proven experience in outbound/field-based sales and new business prospecting.
