The Company

A provider of state-of-the-art IT services to clients across the UK. They pride themselves on their exceptional client support, and due to growth they’re on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join and become the next member of an established Sales team.

Your Role

As the Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for your established client portfolio, overseeing their IT strategies, fostering relationships, and providing customised solutions. You will work closely with their technical teams to develop proposals, support new business development efforts, and assist with a diverse array of IT services, including cloud migrations and cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary contact for your clients, delivering solutions, estimates, and expert advice. 
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with technical specialists to design proposals ranging from Azure implementations to disaster recovery strategies. 
  • Sales and Relationship Development: Cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients to boost sales and expand our customer base. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest IT advancements and assist clients in navigating the constantly changing technology landscape.
