Who We're Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Must have in the freight forwarding sector, with a strong background in sales. Potentially someone with a current portfolio.
- Previous Roles: ESSENTIAL, experience as a Freight Account Manager or Business Development Manager (BDM) within freight forwarding.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of freight forwarding operations, with hands-on experience at a freight forwarder.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive business growth from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring seamless client integration into operations.
