Job description

Recruitment Pro is seeking an enthusiasticSales Account Managerto join our prestigious client in Sheffield on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in their sales team, managing and growing existing and past accounts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:Handle new enquiries and manage existing client relationships, ensuring long-term success and repeat business.
  • Business Development:Proactively seek and secure new business through email outreach, and face-to-face meetings at trade shows and networking events.
  • Client Relationships:Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their needs.
  • Sector Expertise:Identify and target potential clients within your designated industry sector, continually expanding your client base.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Merchandising and Distribution to ensure smooth order fulfilment and adherence to KPIs.
  • Regulatory Compliance:Working to compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-driven, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Salary:25,000 per annumHours:9:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am until 4:00pm on a Friday.Contract:Permanent
