Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge and experience of use of finance systems such as Xero.
  • Prior purchase ledger experience including purchasing of office supplies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Prior experience with HR  Administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
