Senior Accounts Assistant

Sharp Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of an esteemed Sheffield-based manufacturing business who are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Assistant to join their business on a temporary basis to cover long-term sickness.

Our client requires a sharp and attentive Senior Accounts Assistant with a confident ability to take on key duties that maintain the businesses’ finance function. This role is ideally suited to an individual who is looking to advance their skills in a quick-paced, collaborative work environment.

As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you will…

• Maintain a fixed asset register

• Maintain accurate sales & purchase ledgers

• Maintain positive relationships with business contacts, effectively handling queries

• Conduct accruals & pre-payments

• Ensure compliance to business protocols
