You will manage your own accounts, forge strong customer relationships, and ensure every order meets the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales calls.
Monitor and respond to customer email enquiries.
Provide support and solve customer queries and challenges.
Create quotes and process orders based on customer requirements.
Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Grow existing customer relationships.
Proactively seek out and convert new business opportunities.

About You:You thrive on customer interaction, guiding them from initial enquiry to delivery with efficiency and professionalism. You bring:

Experience in a similar sector.
Confident communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
CAD experience and ability to read technical drawings.
Understanding of metal specifications (desirable).
Strong maths and English skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
