- Answer incoming sales calls.
- Monitor and respond to customer email enquiries.
- Provide support and solve customer queries and challenges.
- Create quotes and process orders based on customer requirements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Grow existing customer relationships.
- Proactively seek out and convert new business opportunities.
- Experience in a similar sector.
- Confident communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- CAD experience and ability to read technical drawings.
- Understanding of metal specifications (desirable).
- Strong maths and English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Competitive salary between £23,000 - £35,000, based on experience.
