Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the sheffield area as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time permanent basis.They are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role dealing with both Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and processing invoices
  • Journal preparation and entry
  • Reconciling supplier
  • statements/remittances/payments
  • Administering SAP concur for expense claims
  • Maintaining cashbooks in GBP and foreign currencies
  • Processing stock adjustments / write-offs
  • Raising bi-monthly BACS and foreign currency payments
  • Assisting in audit reviews, liaison and preparation
  • Creating new customer and supplier accounts
  • Project work as required
  • Credit control
