Salary: £125 - £220 per day

GSL Education  seeking to employ an English Teacher to work for a client school based in Sheffield , starting ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who must be hardworking, conscientious and full of energy, with a strong track record of raising achievement.

As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to different learning styles.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
• Support students with their educational and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching.

As an English Teacher, essential requirements include the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience as an English Teacher, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and excellent subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Possess an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to have one processed immediately.
