Job Responsibilities:
路 Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons for Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students.
路 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed.
路 Use creative teaching strategies to improve literacy and communication skills.
路 Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
路 Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
路 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
路 A degree in English or a relevant field
路 Experience preferred with Secondary Schools
路 Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
路 DBS on the Update Service required
路 Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
路 Strong communication and classroom management skills
路 Ability to adapt and cater to different learning styles
路 Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
